Oddstones is a predominantly greenfield development of houses and flats constructed by Taylor Wimpey on the outskirts of the attractive village of Pulborough. Part of the development comprises the design and construction of 23 affordable houses and 12 flats for Saxon Weald Homes. The buildings are designed to respect the local vernacular architecture whilst providing convenient, comfortable and sustainable homes. All of the affordable units are required to meet the current HCA Design and Quality standards as well as achieving Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Works commenced on site in 2011 and were completed in phases during 2012 and 2013.
