Downs Side

We first became involved with this property in 2004. At that time the accommodation was largely unchanged from the 1930s original with two reception rooms, one bathroom and four bedrooms. Our scheme provided additional living and service space to the ground floor in the form of a breakfast room, playroom, utility and integral garage, refurbished kitchen, together with a new master bedroom suite within the roof space.

Since then the property has changed hands and the new owners approached us for ideas to extend the property further to provide an extra bedroom and ensuite bathroom to accommodate their larger family. Planning consent was subsequently secured for a side extension at first floor level and the works on site were undertaken and completed in 2012.
