The Provision of Services Regulations 2009 requires service providers to make available certain information regarding Professional Indemnity insurance arrangements as follows:

Policy's geographical scope: The policy is fully applicable to services undertaken in any European Union member country.

As part of our commitment to high professional standards we maintain a programme of training and continuing professional development, in accordance with RICS guidelines so that our skill and information resources are fully up-to-date. Our staff are encouraged to participate in ongoing education and development as part of their lifelong learning obligations.

Centre for effective dispute resolution

The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) is an independent body appointed by RICS to provide adjudication between RICS regulated firms and members of the public or small companies
