Grove Millican provide a broad range of construction related services based around our core disciplines of building surveying, quantity surveying, project management and design. This depth of service underpinned by a sound knowledge base enables us to consider and advise on the requirements of each project as a whole and secure the optimum solution in terms of quality, time, sustainability and cost.

The practice is long established (the original business was set up in the mid 1970s) and consists of experienced long-term and highly committed staff. On this basis the practice has built an excellent reputation amongst a wide range of clients, many of whom we have worked with consistently for over twenty years.

We will always endeavour to gain the greatest possible understanding of our client's aspirations for a project, interpret these with care, honesty and attention to detail and bring a range of professional skills to bear to achieve a successful outcome.

CONSTRUCTIONLINE The practice is also registered with Constructionline the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related contractors and consultants. Constructionline is owned and endorsed by the Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI). Our inclusion on this register provides the necessary confidence to our clients that we meet or exceed minimum standards against a range of essential criteria.

continuing professional development As part of our commitment to high professional standards we maintain a programme of training and continuing professional development, in accordance with RICS guidelines so that our skill and information resources are fully up-to-date. Our staff are encouraged to participate in ongoing education and development as part of their lifelong learning obligations.
Surveyors Ombudsman Service (SOS)

Grove Millican is registered with the Surveyors Ombudsman Service (SOS). This is an entirely independent organisation set up by the RICS and approved by the Office of Fair Trading to resolve complaints about Chartered Surveyors received from members of the public. We also have a complaints handling procedure available upon request.
